I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  I am Judy Sturlaugson and I work with Coldwell Banker Bain out of the Bellingham, WA office and specialize in properties in Whatcom County where I live and work. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2001.  One of the things I enjoy most about working as a real estate agent is meeting new people and helping them find what they are looking for in a home or property as well as introducing them to our wonderful community.  I enjoy working with sellers as well to help attain their financial goals through selling their home or property.

I reside with my wonderful husband in Bellingham Washington.  We have three kids.  Our oldest is on his way to becoming a Border Patrol Agent.  Our middle son is heading to WSU to study engineering and our Daughter is in her teenage years and plays basketball and volleyball.  We have 2 dogs, 1 annoying cat, and a gerbil. 

I received an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts but didn't know where to go from there.    I always knew I wanted to be a Realtor.  My very first class at the age of 18 was Real Estate Principals.  A few years later,  we decided to leave California and head to the beautiful Northwest.  I then began to focus my education on becoming an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Certified Residential Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert.  All this means is that I can find my clients their ideal homes and make the entire process as pleasant as possible.  I hope you'll give me a call.
